| Mörser/Keitzer weekend MÖRSER, 05/April/2008 |
|
First, the show in Amsterdam was cancelled. Sorry for that.
But the weekend 25./26. April is fixed now. We play a weekend with Keitzer. On friday we will play in Dortmund (FZW) together with Japanische Kampfhörspiele and saturday we will be in Kamen (JKC). Both locations are quite close-by which is due to problems to find another show. This is not an optimal solution, but we needed a second show to avoid a financial collapse. Even for the organizer of the shows it is important that all of you support both shows. The entrance fee is not that high and we think of playing two different sets. One contains more old songs while the second will comprise mostly the new material we are going to record maybe in May. So enough reasons besides the bands to come to both shows. We will also have some new shirts with us. They can be seen soon in the updated shop and on MySpace. This is the official flyer for the show in Kamen: |

| Okay, we've been
a little bit lazy the last moths updating this website, but if you expected
something different, face the facts, we are Mörser! So now we will give
you some news about what happend or will happen in the Mörser-world.
During the last months we were busy with the arrangement of new songs for our third longplayer. By now, we nearly finished 10 songs, so we are on good way. The recordings are planned for spring. Hopefully we will manage it. There will be a show in Amsterdam on 17th of May. If we have more info about location and bands we will post them here. And we are planning to do a show weekend in April. If you got an interesting place for us, feel free to contact us. So, we got some plans for this year, but we also think that there is enough time for more shows. If you ever thought about inviting Mörser to your town for having a great time with this ass kicking lazy boygroup, now is the time to let your dreams come true!!! |

We have to do the next shows during eastern without our second bass player, Matze. He was attacked by a Tinnitus, that is kind of a ringing in the ear without any sound source. If you are into loud music, you might know what this is. And today we got the message that Zann canceld the shows due to an illness of the bass player. So, there are difficulties we have to deal with, but that's nothing new for us. Let's get it on! See you this weekend! |

| As you might
have noticed already, we recently released PURESCUM. And now we like
to share with you the reviews for this Mörser release. You can find
them in the links-section.
We would like to add more review links, so we need you to help us. If you found a review in the net, drop us mail. If you still don't have a copy of the CD or LP, because you are not sure what can be expected on the album, just read the reviews. If you like what you read than don't hesitate to don't write us a mail and order it. You can choose between a CD with extra stuff like PinUps of DER KOSMOPOLIT by Sascha Tau or if you prefer vinyl, order the LP which was released by Vendetta Records. Another info we have to share with you is that our plan to tour in August for 2 weeks has to be shifted. Our well-known problem that we are 7 people in the band thwarted us again. Our drummer and one of the bass guitar player couldn't manage to have simultaneously holiday. So we are now trying to do a slightly smaller tour in october and try to do some shows on the weekends in the summer. If you are planning a show, feel free to help us... See you! |

| If you ever thought Mörser
is the laziest band in the world you may be right. But most of the time
it just seems to, because we don´t like to give you news you don´t really
need. So here are some news you definitely need.
First of all, there will be a new Mörser release soon and this is the official press news: You won't believe it (neither did we), but the long awaited
new release from Mörser is there. Getting delayed over and over again,
because of several reasons, this baby finally left the womb. In the
end the release turned out to be different as planned. It was supposed
to be the soundtrack to a comic, called Pure. The idea behind this
was great and turned out to be successful in an earlier stage, when
they released a soundtrack to the comic Scum. Unfortunately it seems
that it wasn't meant to be, therefore Garden of Exile Records present
you the following: So that's really a news, isn't it? But here are some more: We have a started our own myspace-site which you can reach under www.myspace.com/moerser1995. And you can find some new concert dates in the dates section. Be sure to come back soon, because we are currently working on a new website-design. So we will have a new page which we hope will be more entertaining than the current one! |

anniversary weekend is gone and we have allready a new show to announce.
But first we would like to thank everybody who was involved in the anniversary
weekend, especially Seein'Red. It was really a pleasure for us and one
of the greatest gig we played in Bremen ever. If you missed one of the
shows that weekend we will present you some pictures soon!
The show in february will be on sunday the 12th in Hamburg/Hafenklang together with our labelmates Isle of Man. Isle of Man will be in february on tour booked by brokenbonesbooking and we are to support them for this weekend. So there will be another show the day before, but it's not yet clear where it will take place. We'll keep you updated. And of course the new shirt designs are now free to order! So have a look in our store section. |

| As promised we will give you the information about the Groningen show as soon as we have it, here we go: The show will take place in a squadhouse named Zuiderdiep and a third band named Sangre is playing, too. So, nearly everything is prepared for a fabulous anniversary weekend the only thing you have to do is showing up at the venues and having a good time! |

| Here we have the official
flyer for our anniversary show on 5/November in Bremen. We will have
entrance at 8pm and start with Limited Express (has gone?) at 9pm. Then
it's SeeinRed's turn before we enter the stage. After the show we would
like to celebrate together with you so don`t plan to leave the 'Friese'
right after the concert and tell all of your friends that Mörser would
like to party! For the show on 4/November we have the promise that it
will take place in Groningen, but the venue is still unconfirmed. We
will give you the information as soon as we have it!
We also added another date in the dates-section. We will play in Sneek (The Netherlands) together with Instil, Sengaia, Black Dahlia Murder and more. This concert will be the release show for the soundtrack of the comic 'Der Kosmopolit - Pure'. So now you know that the previously planned release date will be shifted from November to maybe December or January. |

| As already posted on the website
of our label GardenOfExile, we offer you a new Mörser song for download
or live stream. The song is taken from the MCD 'DER KOSMOPOLIT - PURE'
which is the soundtrack for the second part of the homonymous comic
written by Sascha Thau. The CD will contain some extras like: A trailer
for "DER KOSMOPOLIT - PURE", pin ups from "DER KOSMOPOLIT
- PURE". And we are also working on some other extra stuff, and
announce that as soon as it is 100% certain. We hope to be able to release
the MCD together with the comic in the beginning of November right in
time for our anniversary show. We`ll keep you updated!

| Our store is nearly sold out.
There are only some Shirts in some sizes left. If you want to order
a shirt you have to ask for your size. We will have new shirts in the
next few weeks at least until our anniversary shows.
In the meantime we had contact with Seein`Red. They are still with us for the shows in the beginning of november. The show in the Netherlands won´t be in Ammersfort cause there is no venue free for us. But we hang in there and will present you new information as soon as possible. We have another job for you. Just to have an overview about the huge mass we have to deal with for the show in Bremen, we want to ask you for writing a message in our forum if you plan to come to Bremen. We had this idea cause our forum is not really up-to-date, I mean, the last entry is from 2004! So please improve this fact! |

this weekend and we are looking forward to present you the new material

But before we have to announce that there was a mistake in the dates. We are going to celebrate our 10th anniversary on the 5th/6th of November NOT on the 4th/5th. | We found a concert for the
15/July. The guys from yellowdog.de gave us a place in the line-up of
their yellow dog festival in Packenbusch (Germany). Thank you for that
and of course thanks to The Ocean who helped us finding this gig.
And we added another gig in the dates-section. On the 27/August we play in Hoogeveen. For more information see the dates-section. Some more about the recording process of the second part Der Kosmopolit - Pure. We finished recording all the instruments and plan to record the vocals in the next few days. So the release in fall will take place if there aren't any not yet known problems. Come back for more information soon. |

| See the dates-section
for a list of the shows we are about to play in the next months. We
also wanna mention that in November we are planing to celebrate our
10th anniversary. On the weekend 4th and 5th of November we are playing
one show in the Netherlands and one in Bremen. Seein' Red will be with
us on this trip. For the show in Bremen we are acting together with
our former fourth shouter Ulf and Björn will join the show also. So
this will be a very special one with lots of the old songs and of course
the new songs from the soundtrack of the second part of DER KOSMOPOLIT
- PURE. The process of recording these songs is still running and they
will be released in fall. From the first part SCUM we are lucky to be
able to offer you more copies in our store. In our
kosmopolit-section you can find a link to a trailer for this part.

'Two Hours To Doom' in Malaysia MÖRSER, 10/January/2005 |

We got a special afterchristmas/happynewyear present for everybody who is interested in special collectors Mörser-stuff! About half a year ago a guy called Gulam from the label Pure Minds Records asked to rerelease our first longplayer 'Two Hours To Doom' in Malaysia. His idea was to create a cassette with all the 22 songs plus the three songs you can download on this page. And we were impressed by this idea, never thought of releasing stuff in this part of the world. The release was on 8/January/2005 and here you can see the official flyer. We ask everybody to support Gulam and his label. Buy this cassette via mailorder or on local gigs and make this release an outstanding event for Gulam and Pure Minds Records. Yo, people out there in Europe! Almost 3 weeks have passed since we returned from our european summer crusade and in retrospective we gotta say that all you people involved definitely made it a time to remember! We got to play really exciting shows, we got to see a lot of nice places, we met a lot of nice people, only thing for us to do now is to say "Thank You!" to all you people who attended our shows, to all you people who helped organising the shows, to all the people who provided food and a place to spend the night at, to all the bands we played with, to all the people we drank a beer with...Thank You! We definitely appreciate that! So, back in Bremen, next project for us is going to be the release of the KOSMOPOLIT comic book/mini-CD thing. In order to get you in the right mood for this we will present some preview sketches in the upcoming kosmopolit-section, check it out! European Summer Tour 2002 MÖRSER, 25/May/2002 |

Dear MÖRSER fans in the US! and to all others, of course. We`re so sorry for cancelling our US-Westcoast touring plans, but due to highly expensive flight costs this would have meant a financial overkill for us and we all got mouths to feed, at least our own. All salutations go out to the nice boys from PAGE 99 who helped a lot getting the shows booked, a van rented.... Thanks a lot guys, we`ll definitely meet in august when you come spreading your blood over europe. For everyone in Spain, Belgium, France, Switzerland and the Netherlands this means that you are the lucky winners cause we`ll be on a short European-tour instead from 6th till 14th of july. Check out the dates-page and your local press for more information. Dirk and Jordi from THIRTEEN-ON-THE-ROAD-BOOKING are responsible for this tour, thanks to both of them for getting this done in such a short period of time. Actually we´re finally able to update this site ourselves which means that 4 months old news that arent´t really news belong to the past, as well as the dates section that has no dates. Well, our plans for the next months include some touring action in july (maybe US-Westcoast, interested in helping us out? let us know!). In autumn ChromeSaintMagnus is gonna release a Mörser five song ep in cooperation with german comic book artist SASCHA THAU. SASCHA is presently working on his debut comic book entitled ´Der Kosmopolit:SCUM´ featuring a lot of hot leaded action. Our job is to do a soundtrack for this and give an acoustic example of how it feels like looking down the barrel of a gun. We´re quite excited about this project and if so are you: check out www.comicgate.de or come again cause we´ll be showing advance sketches of SCUM the next weeks on this site. |

all waiting has an end as we proudly present what is now supposed to be The one and only official MÖRSER-WEBSITE. Hot news and dates, sexy pictures and funky MP3´s, all to be found on these pages, designed by ourselves and created by this guy we give a big major shoutout to: Björn Meyer - thanks for making this possible. Anyway, we hope you enjoy looking through this load of crab, if not or if maybe you got any comment, advice or proposal, just remember: we don´t care anyway (but we are pleased to hear what you have to say). Thanks for your time and spread the word. By the time you read this, we are in the studio recording a new song for a compilation LP on CarpeDiem Recs. The very first recording featuring our new second guitar player Dennis Rademacher from Minion. We have played a few festivals in June. Further band activities include the work on a complete MÖRSER fashion line with shirts, caps, sweaters, panties and killer accessories like rings, chains and MÖRSER-Logo-buckles for your rivet-bells.
